FCD is proud to present a unique discussion with Chairs of Committees for Audit, Compensation, and Nominating/Governance.

All three panelists are experienced Chairs of their companies and will bring contemporary perspectives on how board members can become more effective Committee members.  The panelists will share their thoughts and experiences regarding what has worked, what has not – and more importantly what they see as emerging issues in each of the Committees.

This will be a fast paced, intensive discussion with time for interactive participation with the audience.
