Do corporate directors and boards have a role in defending capitalism? This panel will explore answers to this and other related questions.  American corporations earn their profits and provide untold benefits to society under this economic system.  Without the capitalistic economic system many corporations will falter and possibly cease to exist.  Is there a fiduciary duty to protect the environment in which their corporations thrive? Is it a corporate social responsibility to protect the economic that has brought so many positives to societies around the world.   If there is a role, what is that role and what actions should be taken?
